PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This implementation study sought to incorporate the NIDA CTN common data elements into the electronic health records (EHR) in primary care settings. It developed and implemented a strategy for screening, with results entered into the EHR and paired with clinical decision support at the point of care, along with an EHR-integrated system for treatment referrals.
