PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The House Ball Community (HBC), a gender- and sexual-expansive population primarily composed of Black Gender and Sexual Minority (BGSM) individuals, faces significant stigma and systemic barriers contributing to their overrepresentation in the HIV epidemic. Our Family, Our Voices (OFOV) is a community-driven, HIV status-neutral intervention that leverages the HBC’s family structure to empower members as health advocates, strengthen leadership skills, and improve clinical outcomes. This study will evaluate OFOV’s efficacy and scalability through a cluster-randomized trial across New York City, Atlanta, and Dallas to identify barriers and facilitators to sustainability.
