Funded by: Verizon Foundation
Project dates: November 2014 - October 2015
Principal Investigator: Duncan, Dustin
PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As the use of mobile technology has increased, the use of smart phone-based apps has also steadily increased. The current research will examine health app use among New York City Verizon smartphone users. This innovative project has substantial implications for marketing and improving smart phone-based health apps (e.g., marketing health apps based on certain sociodemographic characteristics as well as potentially increasing customer satisfaction with health apps).
