PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This administrative supplement examined different generations of rural Black females in Alabama, including adolescent females and their mothers and young adult females regarding their experiences with sexual and reproductive health services and to engage the broader community in reducing HIV infection inequities. The study investigators partnered with the Alabama Department of Public Health Ending the HIV Epidemic Advisory Committee to support the Committee’s goals in determining a community-engaged approach to interventions that increase HIV testing and pre-exposure prophylaxis access for young rural Black females.
